Resolution criteria

Resolves to the next Ballon d'Or winner who makes an MLS appearance. (So cannot resolve to Messi or another player who already has satisfied both requirements). If a player who is already in MLS wins their first Ballon d'Or trophy while in MLS, it will resolve to them.
