What PredictPal is — and isn't

PredictPal is an informational aggregator that displays publicly available prediction-market data from third-party platforms (such as Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, and Hyperliquid) with attribution and links back to those platforms.

PredictPal is NOT a prediction market, exchange, broker, dealer, or financial adviser. We do not offer, solicit, or facilitate any trade, wager, bet, or transaction; we do not hold or transmit funds; and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the platforms we aggregate.

Not financial, investment, or betting advice

All content — including aggregated odds, the cross-venue "Consensus" blend, and AI-generated summaries — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or betting advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or wager. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility. Always verify information on the source platform before acting on it.

Accuracy and availability

Data is sourced from third parties, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may differ from the source platform. AI summaries can be wrong. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the third-party identity provider you use to sign in. You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in posts or chat; no harassment; no automated scraping or overloading of our API; and no use that violates the terms of the underlying platforms.

Your content and community conduct

You retain ownership of content you create (comments, watchlists, predictions). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for your content.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or spam, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or otherwise abuse other users. Objectionable content is filtered when you try to post it, and it may be removed at any time.

You can flag any comment or key factor for review and block any user from within the app (blocking hides that user's content from you immediately and alerts us to review it). We review reports promptly — typically within 24 hours — and will remove violating content and suspend or permanently remove (eject) the accounts responsible. We may take these actions with or without notice. Report abuse to support@predictionhub.app.

Third-party platforms and links

The service links out to third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms, their content, availability, or terms. Their trademarks belong to their owners; we use them only for neutral attribution. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms — including any restrictions on who may participate and from where.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictPal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may modify or discontinue the service and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@predictionhub.app.
