Resolution criteria

Must be USMNT eligible at time of appearance. Gio Reyna holds the current record for the youngest American to appear in the UEFA Champions League at the age of 17 years, 3 months, and 5 days. Will extend close date if necessary. UPDATE: Any stage of the competition is permitted, as long it's not some sort of play-in within the domestic league.
