The market is heavily skeptical that Extended's token will achieve a $500M FDV immediately after launch, but the 7-day uptick suggests some optimism possibly fueled by the precedent of MegaETH's FDV exceeding $500M after a major exchange listing in May.
📊 Base rate: OMITTED
What's driving it
- • The only provided headline, from May 2, 2026, about MegaETH's MEGA token achieving a $500M+ FDV after an Upbit listing, may be influencing the 7-day +3 point uptick as a comparable precedent (Crypto Briefing, May 2).
- • The 24-hour -1 point decline indicates no new positive catalyst in the past day, keeping the No side dominant at 74%.
The case for YES
- • Extended could replicate MegaETH's path by securing a top-tier exchange listing, which historically has boosted FDV above $500M for similar projects (Crypto Briefing, May 2).
- • The token's fully diluted valuation could exceed $500M if the total supply is small and the initial price is set high by early market makers or a strong community.
- • A surprise launch event or partnership announcement could drive speculative demand, pushing the price above the threshold for the first day.
The case for NO
- • The market's 74% No odds reflect deep skepticism, likely because Extended has not yet announced a launch date or exchange listing, making a $500M FDV seem improbable without major backing.
- • Many crypto tokens launch with inflated FDVs that quickly collapse; traders may be pricing in a realistic scenario where the early price is lower due to high supply or lack of liquidity.
- • The 24-hour decline in Yes odds suggests short-term momentum is against a positive resolution, possibly due to no new favorable news.
What to watch
- • Announcement of a specific token launch date by Extended (unknown date) – if near, odds likely move Yes; if delayed, odds move No.
- • Confirmation of a listing on a major exchange like Binance or Upbit (unknown date) – would significantly boost Yes odds, as seen in the MegaETH precedent (Crypto Briefing, May 2).
- • Release of detailed tokenomics showing a low total supply or high initial price (unknown date) – would increase Yes probability.

How it resolves
Settled on-chain by UMA's optimistic oracle: once an outcome is clear, anyone can propose the result, which then enters a challenge window where it can be disputed with evidence before it finalizes.
⚖️ A proposed outcome can be disputed during a challenge window before it's final.
Resolution criteria
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Extended's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No." The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch. The FDV will be determined using the total token supply multiplied by the token price. "1 day after launch" is defined as 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Extended (https://x.com/extendedapp) doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

Which price will Bitcoin hit in July?
The market is effectively settled: with Bitcoin trading above $65,000 as of July 26 and only five days left in July, the 98% odds for $65,000 reflect a near-certain outcome rather than a speculative bet, leaving no room for the other two price levels.
