Resolution criteria
Incumbent Democratic Senator from Michigan Gary Peters, whose seat is up for re-election in 2026, has surprisingly decided not to seek reelection. Who will replace him as the Democrats' nominee? Feel free to add answers, especially since the candidate field has yet to be determined at time of market creation. Question will be resolved upon the completion of Michigan's Democratic Senate primary. I reserve the right to change the closing date to reflect the Democratic primary schedule. I may bet in this market.
